AAA Globaltech is a cloud based Asset management system which provides ability to the organizations to manage assets throughout the life cycle.
The application is hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud and the customers do not require any hardware for implementing this application. The application provides simple excel based templates for import and export of data between existing applications and Asset Infinity.
Application has a dashboard, which not provides instant information but also provides single page interface to all transactions and reports at one place.
Mobile apps are also available on iOS and Android with barcode/QR code scanning features and offline capabilities.

Features and Details of the functionalities
Core Functionalities
1. BLE Tag Scanning
o Continuous background scanning of BLE tags.
o Configurable read range (meters) to capture only in-truck tags.
o Automatic removal of tags not detected within a set timeout.
2. Parcel Binding via Tag QR
o Each BLE tag has a QR code with its unique ID.
o Users scan the tag QR and select the corresponding parcel in Asset
Infinity to bind.
o Prevent duplicate bindings and maintain an audit trail.
3. Location & Sync
o Each scan batch includes device geolocation.
o Data uploaded to backend at configurable sync intervals (minutes)
or when batch size is reached.
o Works offline and syncs automatically when back online.
4. User ↔ Device ↔ Truck Association
o Each session tied to a logged-in user and truck.
o All detections and bindings are linked to the correct driver and vehicle.
5. Parcel Movement Detection
o Detects when a parcel moves from one truck to another.
o Confirmed through rules (time window, detection count, absence in
prior truck).
6. Exception Handling
o Flags tags without parcel binding.
o Alerts for parcels missing beyond timeout.
o Detects parcels appearing in multiple trucks simultaneously.
